Wild-caught and Harvested in the Louisiana Delta on Oyster Leases. 

Conveniently shucked, our Oysters are supremely tender and have a creamy texture. They taste sweet and mild, with just a hint of salinity; unmatched by other oysters harvested in the USA. Please note: Pre-shucked oysters should not be eaten raw. Please cook before enjoying.

How to prepare:  grill, blacken, stovetop, bake, saute, fry, broil, marinate, boil, poach, smoke, steam

    I love these oysters. They are large and have a wonderful flavor. We've had so much trouble finding good oysters in our area and they are always so small. These are delicious. We tried one lb. first then ordered four more.
