Shrimp Fettuccini
8 to 10 servings
3 sticks butter
3 med. onions, chopped
2 bell peppers, chopped
3/4 cup flour
4 tbsp parsley
2 ribs celery, chopped
3 lbs shrimp, peeled
1 lb Mild Mexican velveeta cheese, cubed
1 qt half and half
3 cloves garlic
1 lb fettuccini noodles
Parmesan cheese
Melt butter in a large skillet; add onions, bell pepper, garlic, celery and parsley. Cook until tender. Add 1/4 cup flour and blend well. Add half and half and velvet and blend until smooth. Sauté shrimp in b a little butter to get the water out. Boil noodles and drain. Add all ingredients together into a large pan and sprinkle with parmesan cheese and bake 15 minutes on 350º.
