Sesame Tuna

Sesame Tuna

serves 4

4 (6 oz) tuna steaks

1 tbsp dark sesame oil

2 tsp low-sodium soy sauce

2 tsp coarsely ground black pepper

1 tsp sesame seeds

Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Brush fish with soy sauce. Combine 2 tsp pepper and sesame seeds, sprinkle every over fish. Add fish to pan, and cook 2 minutes on each side or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork or until desired degree of doneness.
