1 pint of oysters

2 oz unsalted butter, melted

Season all to taste

1 cup sliced white mushrooms

1/2 cup chopped fresh chives

1/2 shredded parson cheese

1/2 cup Italian bread crumbs

1 loaf French bread, sliced

1 lemon, wedged

Preheat oven to 450º. Add oysters and butter to a gratin pan or other oven safe casserole dish; add season all to taste. Top with mushrooms, chives, parson and breadcrumbs. Bake 10 minutes, or until mixture is bubbling. Serving with lemon wedge and hot French bread.
