8 to 10 servings

2 cups uncle bens rice

2 to 3 pounds shrimp

1 stick butter

1/2 cu chopped parsley

1 can French onion soup

1 can beef broth

1/2 lb. sausage

8 ounces tomato sauce

1 bunch chopped green onions

1 bay leaf

1 tsp thyme

1 tsp black pepper

1 tsp Salt

1 tsp season all

Preheat oven to 350º. Mix together in a roaster, rice, shrimp, parsley, soup, broth, sausage, tomato sauce, onions, bay leaf, thyme, salt, pepper, and season all. Slice butter and place onto. Cover and bake 2 hours, stir after 1.
