Shrimp Balls
Approximately 20 balls
2 c. Shrimp, chopped
1 Onion, chopped
1-1/2 c. Parsley, chopped
2 Tbsp. Salt
2 Tbsp. Black pepper
Chop shrimp, onion and parsley. Add salt and pepper. Mix all in a food processor. Then, roll up mixture into 1-inch balls. Sprinkle flour on waxed paper and roll balls in flour. Fry balls until light brown.
