Stuffed Flounder

Stuffed Flounder

2-4 servings

1 whole Flounder

1 bunch Green onions, chopped

1 Bell pepper

3 Celery stalks, chopped

6 Garlic cloves, minced

Salt and pepper to taste

1 Tbsp. Butter

1/2 lb. each Shrimp and crabmeat

Sauté shrimp and crabmeat in butter until done. Add onions, bell pepper, celery and garlic. Sauté until tender. Remove from heat, let cool for 5 to 10 minutes. Put flounder in baking pan. Stuff flounder with mixture and bake at 350° for 45 minutes to an hour, or until done. Remove from oven and serve.
